Hi Rugbydump:
I'm just watching this weekend (April 28th 2012) game of Force versus Stormers. Watch Bryan Habana's intercept try at the 20 minute mark of the game. It's wet conditions and he dives before he reaches the line. The ball then pops OUT before he reaches the line and there is no grounding of the ball. But because he is so far ahead of the referee and the touch judge - they have to assume he grounded it.

Can you please show the video because I'd like to see if other rugby fans would agree with me. I'm actually a fan of Bryan Habana and thats why this caught my eye.

On the SA feed I was watching, the commentators were all quick to condemn it as a no-arms tackle. To me, it looked like Masaga's arms went round Mvovu, at least partially...not sure if it was from intent or just due to physics, though.

Was a big hit and I'm sure everyone has a slightly different opinion on it.

When I get back home, I can try to update this with a clip of it - if you didn't catch the game or have it on hand.

The Collegiate Rugby 7's Championship is the largest and most popular collegy rugby event in America, and is being held in Philadelphia this year. Temple University is the 'host' team, and we have made a promotional video focusing on a new player who has come out for the team. It quite comical, and was shot and produced by professionals so the quality is great.

It would be great to get it on the Rugbydump website, especially create some interest with American rugby.
